How to cancel your order?

To cancel your order please login into your account with USERNAME and PASSWORD and click on Order List, you will see a cancellation button in-front of all the orders that you have made (if the order status is changed to “Shipped” then we are afraid that you would no longer cancel your order as it has been shipped to your mentioned delivery address)

If you see a cancel button please click on it to Cancel your delivery and get refund.

If you have decided to cancel the order please do it immediately before the order status changed to shipped – if the order status has been changed to Shipped then you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

Upon your cancellation request our sales team will start a process to you cancel your order and to refund the amount.

Refund will be made to the same bank account which you have used to make the payment from.

Refund days and time will be depends on your bank, but our standard refund processing time will be 3 to 4 working days.

3. We strongly advise you not to use the product if you have decided to claim a replacement under our 7 Days Replacement Guarantee program.

4. Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags, accessories and packaging included in the product when delivered. Please pack the item as it was when you have received it. We advise that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged.

5. Please use the reliable courier service and the returning packets should be strongly and adequately packaged to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 

6. To process your replacement/ return request, it is required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the damaged/defective product before processing replacement or a refund.
